"Rīgas satiksme" to test natural gas bus on route No. 13.
"Rīgas satiksme" informs that a "Mercedes-Benz Citaro CNG" bus will be tested on bus route No. 13 linking Babīte railway station to railway station Preču-2 (near Rencēnu Street). The bus will not be painted in the traditional white-and-blue livery of Riga public transport, so "Rīgas satiksme" clients are encouraged to take the vehicle, as well as to call 80001919 for questions and comments.
"Mercedes-Benz Citaro CNG" is a low-platform bus powered by natural gas; it will be supplied with the electronic payments system. The bus is silver-coloured and bears the logotype of "Rīgas satiksme", the route number being in the front part of the vehicle.
The bus to be tested was supplied to "Rīgas satiksme" by SIA "Domenikss" free of charge.
